Roger serves some of the best, most laid back sushi dishes I have ever had. He is a great MC for his omakase meals. Lots of sake and toro , you can't go wrong!

I've had a lot of sushi in my life from all around the US, and I have to say hands down, this was the BEST. They have an amazing selection of buttery salmon from all over the world. Must try.

Always good, especially when you sit at the bar and let roger or staff pick for you. They love a good opportunity to get creative with their fresh shipments of the day.

Get omakase with Roger , the sushi chef . Life changing flavors like toro (fatty tuna ) with foie gras !

Sit at the chef's table and just have him serve you everything. It's going to be expensive , but the best meal you'll ever have.

The rolls are fantastic - creative and refined! A place where no soy sauce smothering is needed with your sushi !!

Make a reservation 2 weeks in advance, and ask for the sushi bar . Roger is an odd mixture of charming and sarcastic.

Omakase with Chef Roger is entertaining for those not familiar with sushi but the fish quality and cutting is not. Sauces masked all pieces.

Call a couple weeks ahead, make a reservation at the bar , and make friends with Roger. If he likes you, ask for his signature kobe nigiri . It'll blow your mind!

there are two rounds of seatings with roger each night, get round one because they dont give people time limits and they wont chase round ones away until they are done (sometimes can take 3 hours)

Trust in Roger. Go direct to Sushi bar . Roger = obi-wan kanobi. Get the best hand roll and the kobe beef nagiri. Other than those, tell him what you're looking for and just go with it :) enjoy!

Read great things about this place. I even got a set at the tiny sushi bar . Looking forward to having some of the best sushi in town .

Don’t get anything else besides the sushi otherwise you’ll end up with a sad meal like this...udon with 2 pieces of meat and no veggies .
