For those of you who haven't been able to order iced capps like last year, we've gotten 2 new machines so don't let that stop you from coming in. We haven't had a problem with our machines in a while.
Every time I come here, there is some sort of issue. They're either out of something, a necessary machine is broken/out of order, or it's a guy who doesn't know what he's doing. Go to the Eureka one.

This is by far the worst Tim Horton's I've ever been to. They have no idea what they're doing. There's a billion workers, but no one has a clue of what their job is. Horribly ran establishment.
The Ice Capp machine is never working. I have yet to have been able order 1 ice capp .

Terrible service. Screwed up both of our orders. Took a very long time to get our food, and they had an attitude about what we ordered.
