They serve the BEST Chicken Spaghetti Bolognaise compared to any other Pizza Hut outlets

Lousy service, don't expect to provide everything. Fork, spoon & plate needs to be requested. Even to order, need to call them. The staff are stupidly loud , shouting orders over you.

The management during bulan puasa is irrational.if u want to open fast here,u can't book/reserve.u have to sit there from d beginning ppl start to come & can't leave within d time before berbuka.

It's 25th Dec & the situation in here haywire. I waited for almost an hour for the foods to be served. While the patrons trying their level best it's the management to be blamed 4 the poor staffing.

The first pizza hut that i will give 100 marks for their excellent customer service

This place sucks!!! Haven been here for a long time, thought that they'll improve! Unfortunately, it become worst!! Service slow like shit!! Tk 1 hr plus for a pizza .. damn it!!!

service agak slow.mugkin sebab orang ramai datang berbuka.new staf agak clumsy pinggan asyik pecah je terganggu i nak makan uolls.

2. Seafood lasagna makin tak masuk akal. Last time order penuh la mangkuk oval tu tp hari ni SEPARUH jer mangkuk tu, tp harga makin naik. Wth.....

1. Service is damn slow. Dah la tunggu lama, ni orang lain yg datang kemudian boleh dapat makanan dulu, tu yg tak boleh blah tu.

Service too bad. Silap hantar order ke table lain n our order tak complete. Sampai dah habis mkn pun x smpai2 mknan lain. Bila panggil staf , smua mcm mengelak2. Tunggu manager smpai 30min.

3. Moga tutup la pizza hut IOI mall ni. Byk negatif feedback je aku tengok. Management buat apa woi... - customer yg dah give-up
