Holiday Inn Express & Suites Savannah - Midtown

We stayed on 4th floor , no problems upholding or online reservations they even changed our rooms to smoking for us. Friendly , courteous staff and very friendly front desk clerk ! Nice clean rooms !

Love the location. Plenty of place to eat, near downtown and historic district too. Wasn't even checked in 30 mins and Front Desk called to see if everything was to my satisfaction. AWESOME

If you're given room 106, ask for another room. Stompy McStomperton upstairs will drive you insane! Plus, you hear the shower and the drainage. Sounds like Niagra FALLS.

As always, a beautiful, clean room , friendly and helpful staff , and cinnamon rolls for breakfast !

They left a bottle of bleach in my room, there are stains all over the room floor and the shower head only has one setting…and it’s not a good setting for getting soap out of your hair.

If your google maps directions take you to target, keep going down abercorn for about a mile. The hotel will actually be on your right.

Clean hotel . Friendly staff . Just a short drive from downtown, and a whole lot cheaper.

Desk clerk was rude. Did not get type of or location of room reserved . No offer to correct THEIR error. “That’s all we have”. Room wreaked of cigarette smoke. I will NEVER stay in this hotel again.

One Complaint...the evening desk clerk Paul needs to learn that Customers are his 1st priority. Twice I've had an issue and his "don't bother me" attitude wasn't called for. All other staff top notch.

Do NOT choose this hotel . Front-desk staff is unfriendly & do not honor online bookings . No apologies. If your room faces parking lot , make sure the drapes close well . Ours didn't, lights bothered us.
