Bad customer service. Stay away. Been to all bay area apple stores, this is the only time i’ve ever felt disrespected by terrible staff . They treat you like furniture . They stare but never approach.

After you realize that they didn't fix your device at the "genius bar ", ask the girl/guy "and you call yourself a genius?" ...wait for their reaction ;)

It's been upgraded! Huge, glass panels and doors. The room itself is just larger.

Teen's point of view : took my 5s to the Genius Bar because it was getting scarily hot. The employee wasted 3 hours of mine. I didn't get my issue resolved and had to pay 60 bucks for Uber.

They let you order online and pick-up in store now! You can even designate someone else to pick it up!

Best customer service of any Apple store. Much more helpful then the Emeryville store.

Made an appt @ the genius bar . Was 4 mins late, checked in went to the bar . It's been 30 mins w/out one person looking over or asking if I've been helped. Ridiculous! Multiple employees doing nothing!

And don't show up early for your appointment - they'll turn you away
