I love Popeyes !...but at location they are super slow. I waited for about 10 mintues before I could even order my food and that was at the drive thur! Took about 25/30 mintues before I got my food.
If you ask for spicy chicken , check to be sure you have spicy !

I should have taken a picture. The special was 2 piece mixed. Had to be the tiniest wing and leg ever! Looked like was from a chick!
