You grill your own food that's what's the "strip" part is, it's striped back. It is a fun energetic place with really good food. Plus if it's over or undercooked that's your fault, you cooked it.

don't be afraid if you've never grilled a steak . they have a handy grilling guide. just make sure you have a timer or it may end up a bit well done if you get caught up in that bottle of wine .

If you get a thicker cut such as the Teriyaki steak , consider asking them to butterfly it before bringing it to you to grill. Also, you can't go wrong with any of the side dishes. Amazing.
