Staff usually good. H/K club always crowded after 7:30a. Try the G or L concourse locations. Outlets not always conveniently located. Wish they had something other than frozen OJ concentrate juice .
AA admirals club is probably the largest/best atmosphere of most club rooms I've seen (even has a kids playroom), but definitely gives you the least free snacks and lowest end complementary beverages.
The vegitable soup ! But I kick it up a a bit by taking some of the cheese cubes they have and pour the piping hot so over it and let it sit there for a bit before devouring it. Yummy for the tummy.
Best of the Airline Clubs (United and Delta are underwhelming)... the sushi is decent for the Midwest and the free bloody Mary's are made in-house (read: NOT canned mix) and good!
Love the free fountain soda , it is worth the walk. Don't miss the soups either!
If you're traveling with kids, the larger Club has a huge, sound proof kids room, which is a great place to spend airport time with the youngsters..
One of the largest AA Clubs I've experienced. If you have an AX Platinum card = free entrance. Shhh, they don't advertise this, but if you are not a member, you can pay $50 for 24 access.
Here is the standard American way: pretzels and carrots for free, you need to pay for everything. Consider staying at concourse level: better choice for the same price. And no wifi today...
Remodeled very nicely. Has the Nescafé Algeria machines and soda fountain for DIY drinks. Right across from G8.
Smaller, but still nice amenities and really convenient if you are flying out of G terminal
Customer service agent Agnes is really the best there is in any Admirals Club I think!
The staff here always go the extra mile. They have saved my day more than a few times. Don't forget to thank them.
Love the spacious quiet room as a result of the remodel as well as the serve-yourself soda water.
Pro tip: cleaner, emptier bathrooms on the second floor conference room level. Out of the elevator on 2, walk to the right. Thank me later!
You get a "chit" for one free drink, incl water. Coffee and juice are free. Anything other than crap muffins costs money. At least it's quiet !
You MUST stop in here. Even if you're late for your flight . You know what? Who cares about the flight .
Great kids room to the left of the bar : tv , video games , toys , and a space for kids to be kids! Free water at the bar , too, to refill H2O bottles.
Ticket agents are great. If cancelled or long delay they can do amazing things. Lounge is sometimes crowded but always better than the gates
The elusive William Tincup can sometimes be found lounging here. A rare treat for travelers, but worth the price of admission!
Free drinks at the bar . Bloody mary in the morning before a flight always a plus!
Crowded as usual today. I like their expanded snacks - cheese , hummas, fruit and three kinds of trail mix .
Depending on who's working the bar , the complimentary Bloody Mary is a real, handmade treat. Throw your bartender a tip, wontcha?
Very cheery and bright lounge with plenty of outlets. Quite pleasant!
For some reason, I don't love this lounge . Maybe it's too big. Snacks are not healthy. Only some drinks are complimentary . Somewhat tough to find. On the positive side, lots of seating options. .
Free wifi . Free soft drinks , coffee , tea , crappy beer , and some snacks . Oh and there are showers !!
House wines and some domestic beers are complementary
JBJ entertainment is partnering with major airlines at O'hare Airport & adding new entertainment facilities to certain airline lounges . For more info please visit http://m4jl1prl.launchrock.com/
One of the more crowded airline lounges . Use the cell free , quiet area if you don't care about watching TV .
Service OK, complementary items are so few. No worth paying, but if you need to shower or rest, it is nice and spacious
If Xaviera is at the bar , you'll be well taken care of.... Be generous !!
This place is marginally better than the United club. Well off the pace of international airline lounges , but bordering on tolerable
One of the nicer lounges . Good place to drop all that food you had in Chicago before returning home.
Pro Tip - the 3 four seaters outside the club by the entrance are the best. It'll also the quietest corridor in the airport ..
Great staff very friendly , always crowded but a nice escape from the main terminal!
The free water is cold and tasty. Nice staff . Bathrooms are clean . The shower is great for a quick freshen up.
Remember there is an AA Flagship lounge on terminal K and you might be eligible to go there. Much better food and drinks.
The "quiet room" extends to a thin white wall next to the children's room...so, it defeats the purpose of the room.
One of the smaller clubs but clean and comfortable !
Better free snacks - Croissants and Danish
they have the best chocolate/chocolate chip cookies , yummy, love being here during afternoon tea
Renovated Admiral's Club here, as usual snacks , bar , free wifi but no showers here, you have to go to the one at Gate H.
Agnes is the best. Always very helpful and very kind. She makes trips a little more bearable.
This place is huge, walk around, you'll find power and a quiet place to recharge!
$450 dollars per year and all I get free is dollar store cookies and water with lemon ? I am going back to US Airways
The best staff . Patient and not satisfied until they find a good solution.
Are you an Executive Platinum and traveling abroad? You might be eligible for the Flagship lounge on K19
Towards the back of the club are four Eames lounge chairs - super comfortable and great for a quick nap if you're worn out from traveling.
Wifi was free and blazingly fast today. Free to entire world that is, no advantage number necessary for authentication
New cell-free quiet room! Very peaceful !
Go to the corner "Cell Free Room" and relax!
Great breakfast food, service was wonderful! Will definitely stop here again! - Pam Miller
Iced coffee yum. As a separate hint there is also a bathroom downstairs. Always empty - Anne Miller
