This place is very tasty and have great prices. Where else in a major city in this country can you get scallops and two side dishes for under $9?
Their fish is delicious of course. But don't forget to have some fresh buttermilk and a fried oyster .
Oldest bar in Pittsburgh. They have outside eating and it's right in market square, Trendy part of town . Our waitress was the sweetest the food was decent. The decor is old loved it not much update
They just put in seafood and chicken wraps that are surprisingly tasty! And reasonably priced. AND they just started selling chowder by the quartz to go!!
Although it's a historic restaurant that's 140 years old, it's really amazing how the food has kept this place alive. Food is all frozen, breaded , and fried. Not good. Not tasty. Don't go!
This rusticly yummy place is 140 years old! It is Pittsburgh's oldest Bar and Restaurant & is an official Historic Landmark . When it first opened in1870, oyster were 1 penny & beer was 10 cents!

This place is fantastic ... and their food is great!
We ordered the monster fish sandwich , which is basically a whole filet balanced on a bun . Go one step down with the jumbo unless you haven't eaten in a week!
Get the buttermilk . Put some black pepper in it.
