If you are considering a Costa Latte "MASSIMO " (Extra Large) take a quick look at the cup first - It's HUGE (think soup bowl ). I love Costa but even I couldn't drink all of this :)
Flat white is nice. Aimee is very pleasant and helpful.
Double espresso wake me up all night
Make sure you go to the north side where the seats are nicer.
Don't expect some staff members to care. One has just said To a colleague he doesn't care if the point system doesn't work. In full earshot of customers and loud and proud!
