المكان يزدحم بشكل مَش طبيعي بالويك اند، مع معاكسات مالها داعي.. و أطفال بتقطع بين السيارات وهيا تركض و شباب يسوقو بدون انتباه كامل هنا.. ديرو بالكم ع اطفال لا احد يخلي الأطفال تجري هنا ظلو ماسكين يدهم

تطويره في الوقت الحالي ما ينفع ابدا كان المفروض من زمان يتم تطويره يعتبر من اقدم البلازات في الرياض
