Tuna tartar . The wine pour is horrible.
ランチでリブアイを注文。ミディアムレアでオーダーしたが火入れが強すぎ。連れのオーダーも総じて焼き過ぎ。自分の好みよりレアよりで頼むのが正解なのかも 。サラダ は2種類オーダーしたが、ポーションは貧弱(良く言えば上品 )、味も特に印象に残らなかった。
空輸されたプライムビーフ を28日以上熟成 させ仕上げるドライエージングビーフ。肉質柔らかく無駄にドリップも出ることもなくしっかり旨味を閉じ込めてます。お肉 は美味しいけど、ホームメイドオレンジジュース ¥1300は高過ぎるのでは？予約時間に遅れるもの快く対応。接客も全般的に丁寧。
