Creative selection of food. They fill you up without slowing you down. Cafe has a calm relaxing theme. The veggie Delight is worth it. Spartan Panini . Greenlightmovement Member just had lunch there.

Their spinach and tomato bisque is great along with that chicken and cheddar wrap . Staff is all professional and kind!

Margo , the owner, is just the nicest! Family-run place. Great for lunch , try the Spartan panini and don't forget to get some Sweet Potato Cheesecake from Jimmy Jamm.

Great sandwiches salads and smoothies . And don't forget about the sweets!

The Jerk Chicken wrap is fantastic, the mango chicken chili was warming, the tropical breeze smoothie rounded everything off perfectly.

The food is good but, for the price paid for one wrap , I could've had a polish and a Chicago dog at Portillo's (and Portillo's ain't cheap ).
