Don't come in expecting help unless you're giving them new money. EVERYTHING HAS TO BE DONE BY APPOINTMENT IF IT'S NOT STRAIGHT UP BUYING SOMETHING NEW... ugh.

Did you remember to back up your iOS device or Mac before your Genius Bar appointment . Backing up your data is a very good thing.

If it's busy when you arrive, check in with the person holding an iPad and they'll get to you quicker!

Hardly ever crowded . Friendly reps.

They can email you a receipt. Its so convenient but sometimes you don't get it. So check your email before you leave the store...
