Just started coming here and it's a big LA. The staff is friendly & helpful; however, there's a known gnat problem in the showers that they seem to can't get rid of. This is just grody : /

Many equipments, trainers and group classes . Music and tune in tv shows while you work out. However, it gets really crowded and wait times might be more for equipments.

Join a membership together and you can do the personal training together. That's two for the price of one. The trainers are real friendly too.

hmu anytime for fitness tips! im usually here on average 3 times a week three times at la fitness :-) ..and 6 days a week in the am :-)

Normal traffic for a densely populated area. 5:00pm - 7:00pm is when it's busy. Also between 5:30am - 7:00am it's more of a rush. Any other time it's pretty moderate. Weekends are the same. Not bad.
