Coolest Peet's in the area. Great location. Baristas alway friendly . No one's shout-singing Broadway tunes from behind the bar , and when they know I love a pastry , they give me the biggest helping :)

The owner is so nice. Pleasant environment both inside and out. That make a perfect oat milk matcha latte no sweetener.
This is a great place to study. The baristas are nice, and are totally cool with you moving tables around for a study group.. just put them back!
