Watch out some staff members. A wk ago a Samsung guy helpd a lot buying a camera . Came back tdy to buy a mem card and a battery, today's guy didn't even know how to find the approp battery.... too bad

It is a nice place to find your stuff/gadgets but there are time that you have to wait for thier costumer service... Just the line though...

Went in the games section and it was barely in any kind of order other than by console. Almost walked out because I couldn't find anything I was looking for. Staff were disinterested and unhelpful

One of the managers, Curt, seems immensely bored at his job and acts like it. It may behoove him to find a more appropriate place of employment. Perhaps the DMV will do.

You could probably find everything you need on the floor because its not on the shelves.

2 1/2 hrs of worst customer service I've ever experienced. People were nice, but we were repeatedly given incorrect information. Massively wasted our time bc they didn't know what they were doing.
