Estupendo, new hotel with great service. I stayed at the rock royalty suite with jacuzzi also includes lounge snacks , free iron service for 2 pieces, buttler.etc. I really love HR Tenerife

Great for cocktails , even as non-residents. Go to the 16th bar and cosy up with blankets and margaritas on a big bed. Great service!

Had breakfast here every morning whilst staying at hard rock hotel. Edgar the waiter is very attentive and friendly. The outside area is a lovely place to sit - Yvonne Casey

Perfect hotel. Good food, nice pools and even the cocktails are included in the all inclusive! Very good for children as well. Playground and the staff is very friendly against them. - Arjan Woerden
Ask for block 5 of you don't mind walking and high floor pool view as the view is great and you can see some of the sea - Ross Milne
