Best Buy

Best Buy won't warranty exchange the products they sell while the product is under manufacturer warranty. You have to send it to the manufacturer or buy their warranty to do what they should do anyway

I work at the Radioshack down the street and get so many customers who are angry because, like Johnny said, they ain't do anything for them. Oh well , more business for us!

I guess from all these prior comments I was lucky. Brandon in the car install department is awesome. He took great care of my truck and didn't charge me when he forgot to add the aux function.

-3 here. Go to Sandy if you actually need anything or want CS help on anything. This is the "can't" store

Beware of.. 21 questions just to return an unopened item WITH a receipt.... Annoying!

Customer Service is awful at the West Jordan center. If you need something done - go to a different store!!

Don't waste your change on the vending machines. They'll steal your money.

They should call this place Best Buy provided its in stock which it never is. I hate this place!!!!

I second mike's tip. Best buy is usually pretty bad, but this one is the worst. Don't waste your time.
