Unhygienic! The toilet smells real bad. A fork dropped on the floor, it was picked and re-arranged on the table. The tap at the hand wash sink is so short , hard to wash hand comfortably and cleanly .

Long queue at the cashier counter as the boy manning the counter is also serving food, taking order and cleaning . The restaurant setup is definitely having a serious problem.

This outlet is being run by a number of young boys, poor boys, they are struggling. Extreme delay in serving me and few other patrons. A dish served after being reminded was served burnt (almost).

Nowadays the service is really good

Waited 20 minutes for the 1st item to be served, the mushroom soup . The worse part is, the shop is only 20% occupied. Service too slow! Plus I get fried chicken wings instead of smoke deli wings . Wtf?

Dominoes delivery is faster than waiting for pizza while dining here.

Slow service, disregard of cleanliness. Food arrived after almost 1 hour, and arrived wrongly from what I ordered. No apology offered by shift manager.
