Madigan's Waterfront

My guests really liked the food. I didn't use their DJ for music , but there is a tie in for outside DJ's to use as well . Excellent venue and I will keep it in mind for friends and other events !

We ate there again this Wednesday night and both of our meals were delicious. The prices are kind of high but the service is good and if you're out to enjoy yourself, it's a nice place to go.

I love the tiki bar at madigans. My boyfriend and I love coming here when Mike Wade is bartending . He's attentive and hard working. He's also very personable and you can tell that he enjoys his job.

Delicious food & fun view . The kayakers & SUPs and the ducks kept my son occupied while my husband and I enjoyed a delicious lunch . The grilled Brie & roasted red pepper soup were delicious.

We had a table outside on the patio and it was pretty peaceful experience. We had rib eye with mash potatoes , and mahi mahi with French fries + Cole slow. Wonderful time and delicious meal.

Madigans was awesome. Our hostess Summer was delightful. Kenny our server was fantastic. His suggestions were spot on. Highly recommend the hummus and Rubin was out of this world. Four thumbs up.

The staff was extremely attentive to our needs and everyone has marveled at the wonderful evening we had. I would highly recommend this venue for a special occasion and we can't wait to return.

We sat outside. There was a nice breeze good live music . The singer was pretty good so were the margaritas !! There was a band playing inside & we danced before ending a perfect night!

I've eaten at this place a couple times before, whenever visiting the Occoquan area. Their food has me coming back every time. It is located in the ever so beautiful old town Occoquan

Each person loved what she/he ordered, from hamburgers to fried seafood to outstanding chicken salad , fresh house salad and wonderful she-crab soup . Enjoyable experience. Check this place out.

Simple elegance, exceptional food. The service was wonderful and the food was great. We especially enjoyed the wine selections and the captians reserve wine options. No question, we'll be back.

I'm not sure why this restaurant only has 3 stars on most of the reviews. We had a great dinner ! The hub had fish tacos and I had the Dirty chicken . Both very yummy and reasonably priced.

We came here for the Father's Day brunch , and overall it was good. There was a good selection of stuff. The servers were attentive and overall, it was a pretty enjoyable Father's Day brunch .

I had the filet mignon in the peppercorn sauce , which was AWESOME, and he had the soft shell crabs , which he enjoyed thoroughly. Our server, Lisa, was great, and provided wonderful customer service.

We really enjoyed the crab cake appetizer , the stuffed flounder (extremely good) and the chicken alfredo . We will definitely be going back for another relaxing evening on the deck.

If was flavorful and my ceasars salad , with the dressing on the side, was crisp and fresh. The waiter was very attentive to my requests.If I pass through this town again, I'll be sure to stop by again

I had a great experience here, the boats, food and stay were all top notch for me. I brought my wife and family here for a vacation and it was great, truly great.

The bar service was very reasonable and the staff was so lovely and inviting. I will recommend this restaurant to anyone who is looking for an inviting, economical, and worry-free event .

Today I held my daughter's bridal shower at Madigan's and it was perfect. Cathy is a pleasure to work with and the staff was courteous and helpful. The upstairs space was a beautiful venue

I love having dinner here with my twin sister. It's a great place to enjoy great food overlooking the water. The setting is very romantic for anyone looking for a date night place.

Enjoyed both breakfast and happy hour at this location! I am surprised to read the lackluster reviews of this place because in the last three weeks I have enjoyed both happy hour and breakfast here.

Stopped for lunch on the way home from northern Virginia. I chose the Crab Alfredo which was delicious. Huge portion and lots of crabmeat in a nicely seasoned sauce.

We like sitting out on the deck and looking down river . Both indoor and outdoor seating reflect the sort of casual spot where friends go to meet and eat and drink.

Opted to have lunch at Madigan s which is right off of the water. We were seated in the outdoor patio , even though the place was crowded . I ordered the goat cheese Quessadilla. It was very good.

My experience with Madigan's Waterfront has always been a happy one. The food is wonderful and the service is terrific. If you haven't visited the waterfront you don't know what your missing.

All of my guests raved about the crab stuffed flounder , chicken (and the sauce!) and the filet mignon . Best choice we made, and the music in the bar was so fun afterwards!

After a fairly extensive search for a good reception venue I selected Madigan's for it's location on the river , the quality of the food we had eaten in the restaurant , and the reasonable pricing.

I went to this plave for the first time while my family was in town . And i was pleasently suprised. The atmosphere was great and my meal was fufilling. I got there crab chowder bisk.

Location is everything! I visit Northern Virginia often to see family and outside of Old Town Alexandria or DC riverfront locations, the setting here is incredible.

Madigan's Waterfront is a very pleasant riverside restaurant in the quaint village of Occoquan, VA. Madigan's is an excellent stop during a visit to Occoquan and is definitely a dining destination

They did a great job serving us and it was a lovely event . The upstairs room on the waterfront provided a fabulous venue and on a sunny autumn day -it was perfect.

My wife and I found a table and a waitress appeared right away. We told her that we had a couple more people coming to meet us. We ordered some beers and shrimp . She was very polite and friendly

A great place to come - lots of history in the area - some unique shops and the shop keepers are very pleasant and will chat you up for sure.

Last night was my husbands 50th birthday and we wanted to try something new. We decided to come to Madigan's for drinks and ended up staying for karaoke ! We sang and danced like we were kids again!

I come here 3x a week and there’s just too many great items… The dirty chicken , the st. shrimp , the nachos , the salsa , etc… Really appreciate when the staff works together,

Our Kids split the big fish sandwich and we all shared the oversized Madigan's moutian. This was a treat for my family and I. P.S the waterfront view is great.

Kathy did another amazing job with the Valwntines chocolate dinner and wine pairing . PS we had a wonderful time and enjoyed our table and company of our new friends.

Been there many times. They have brunch on Sunday's and lunch and dinner every day. Dining on the deck overlooking the river is nice. Food is very good.

The food was great and the service was above average. The optional house DJ didn't contact us prior to the event but followed my request perfectly and kept everything upbeat.

Nice spot right off the main raceway or parking lot that is I-95 in a very quaint little downtown on the water. Food was great, service was excellent!
