Bottles of water are inexpensive at the pharmacy , rather than buying from cafe .
Pay your parking ticket in advance so that your not in that long line for the cashier to exit the parking .
Pay your ticket @ the cashier 's booth on the 3rd level, past the pharmacy , if you want to pay it in advance before leaving parking structure .
For direct access between parking structure & POB I use the 5th floor walkway.
There's a small Cafe on the 3rd floor, Lusitana Street side.
