Wilderness at the Smokies

Love it here. try to come every month or 2. My 1, 3, & 5 yr old have a blast! We enjoy it as well ! We stay @ stone hill lodge . less expensive , rooms are great, & the wait for the shuttle isn't bad

Good of course is expensive but is very tasty. However the free buffet for the kids with adult purchased is wayyyy to overpriced. The water park inside and out and our rooms have always been great.

Everything is great here. I notice it's not as busy on Friday but Saturday it's busier. Such a great time with the family. Pizza here is really good too! Best time ever!

The water park area is great. The life guards have always been professional from what I've seen. Give the food a pass. You're better off ordering or going off site.

Great place for the family! The slides are awesome. The wait on the Storm Chaser is a little long but a great slide. The Vortex is a must!! And the food is reasonably priced. Will come back!!

Make sure you keep up with hotel towels so you don't get charged. Free fountain drink refills all day. Take advantage of that! The Storm Chaser is awesome. Come mid week in the fall for least crowds.

Wifi throughout. Reasonably priced food, drinks and concessions. Attentive but not controlling lifeguards. Rooms and bathrooms are clean though the bedspread was iffy. My tweens have had a blast!

The best place for a coffee run is Krispy Kreme. Best service and easy to get it out of with heavy traffic.

We have stayed here twice. Once in the winter and once in the summer. Tip if staying winter months stay in the River Lodge , summer months stay at Stone Haven.

This is an awesome place to go with the family or as a couple. Plan on a few days, three water parks and an arcade !

Very impressed with the lifeguards at this resort , especially at the children's pools. They are on their feet and continuously scanning their assigned areas. Vigilant but not interruptive.

Try the Sevierville Golf club bistro ! Great sandwiches . Split up your stay with an amazing cabin from Acorn cabin rentals!

My grand kids had so much fun. Great indoor water park . The rooms very large and comfortable

Plan to be here for several days! There's plenty to do. 3 waterparks and an arcade . Units are very comfy too!

The buffet at the Thirsty Miner had a decent selection but was expensive . Go a mile down the road for cheaper dining options. There is a Kroger nearby as well .

Check out your room before you get comfortable . Some rooms reek of smoke and fridges were gross. Yes, that's a pic of the freezer.

The waterparks are awesome. I wouldn't recommend eating or drinking at the on-site restaurants or bars . WAY over priced. As are the arcade games and everything else on-site.

The water parks are great but the service and food quality at stone hill lodge wasHORRENDOUS!!! The bar and grill staff was rude and unprofessional and the bfst buffet was HORRIBLE! Go off campus!

Walk to the other resort instead of taking the resort bus - you'll get there quicker AND get a mini-workout!

All day free refills of fountain drinks . Alcohol drinks are really expensive . Bring some black electrical tape for all the glowy things in the rooms, I like it dark.

Check in early the day of to get your pick of cabanas.

We noticed that the lines for the water slides are shorter after lunch .

Had a ball at the Waterpark ...now Noah is ready for games!!!

Two words:don't go.Friendly staff but rather uninformed about the area. Concierge=timeshare sales.Food=chicken fingers & burgers . $$$.Waterpark over billed as great-wasn't. Wannabe Disney falls short .

Awesome place to ride water slides and go to High School Camp!

You MUST be 42 inches to ride the water slides . What a joke. After three days of riding the water slides my 4 yr old was turned away, she's 41 inches tall.

The place is nice, but laid out rather strangely. If you a room that's really far, be prepared to do a lot of walking through a maze of hallways and elevators . Do not order room service . So slow!!!

Check in stinks....had to wait 4 1/2 hours for room. But water park is great!

The orange slide is better than the green way. Worth the wait!

Food on site was terrible, servers were slow. The water in all the inside water attractions was cold. Air temp of the atrium inside the water park was not warm. Very disappointed.

Walls are paper thin. Impossible to get a quiet night's rest.

Kids eat free with an adult purchase but just skip this perk and go to McDonalds, you'll be happier and I it's cheaper.
