If there was a vote for Slowest Service, this Branch would get my vote! I come here prolly every 6-9 mths once but nothing changes! Still the same pathetic speed of doing things!...

They really need an info counter. So many people have questions because system is not clear. Eg. you don't have to take a no. if buying stamps below RM10. If parcel counter is closed then take a no.

They moving in Atria shopping gallery ...only 3 counter

Service is ok. It's a 15mins queue in the morning.

Go during the morning cause the Q is not so long

Worst service ever- super slow. Even with so few customers you wait as though like there's so many people .

Ridiculous queue for PosLaju, still need to take a queue ticket along with others like bills and other services. There are better outlets elsewhere.
