It is a private community beach that is well maintained and has a gym system which is great for kids and the water is shallow great safety for children
In the spring summer and fall,great place to bring the kids,to to the beach and water. Very shallow and virtually very little wave action.
I bring my grandson here now use to be my son. Great place to learn to swim in a large body of water.
