Well , should've gone for the Half Mess! Come hungry and you'll leave full. Arrived at 8:30 on a Saturday & seated right away; by 9am there was a wait for tables. Great location & super-friendly staff

Beautiful ambiance and nice servers. Their eggs Benedict is the best I've had! This is the perfect brunch/day drinking spot , but wait could be long if you want to sit outdoors! Their mimosas are good!

The food was quite delicious I had the eggs Benedict with hashbrowns , which was quite tasty. It is a bit pricey here, but the price is right for the quality! Service here was friendly and plentiful

Free parking for now. Big portions and good spot to have a late breakfast . We came in about 2 pm on a sat. Be ready to wait on peak hours.

their cinnamon bun french toast was so delish that I didn't mind the 1.15 hr wait plus our server was great

Don't come here looking to sit down for breakfast at 10 AM. Come here looking to enjoy the sun, marina and atmosphere fir the morning. Enjoy the ride!

Great food and mimosas . Was on "Diners Drive In and Dives" TV show awhile back. Long lines on the weekends (only open for breakfast & lunch ) but you can drink on the patio while you wait.

Breakfast was delicious! Large portions and awesome that they serve beer at 8am!

Breakfast : Denny's favorite (scrambled eggs , cream cheese , cilantro & bits of red onion ) enjoyed outside overlooking the marina . Bloody Mary optional but recommended.

Be prepared to wait an hour and a half to two hours on a weekend, but the food is so worth it. I have loved everything I've ordered so far.

Great drink specials , breakfast is worth the wait.. so have something refreshing while they find you a table.

Great breakfast , but long waits on busy weekends. They do have a bar but only wine/Beer license. They use Soju for cocktails
