Best tapioca bubbles I have ever had (soft and chewy with a honeyed sweetness). The milk tea gets major points for not being sickeningly sweet.

Niu rou jian Bing (Beef pancake ) is the way to go

Took 15 minutes to get iced tea ? The outdoor garden is lovely. Not a place to get a quick latte or tea . Food looked good - perhaps understaffed?

Fried chicken is good but beef in beef noodle soup is way too tough. Great drinks though!

The pumpkin soup is aaaamazing! Definitely have to get it!
