Re-train your employees. I was not asked if I needed help when I walked by 3 employees in the Hardware section but I did finally find what I was looking for.
Asked for help twice, nobody ever came in the fifteen minutes I waited. Cashier charged me twice for a pack of screws and argued with me about it "because it contained two screws". Ridiculous.
