Amazing downtown Milwaukee gym ! Staff is always nice and helpful, classes are great and tons of equipment on five levels, including a pool! I recommend body pump, body combat and cardio bounce.

Amazing Gym !!! Love watching movies while working out in their cardio center and then relaxing in the greatest hot-tub around! 5 Stars! If you don't have a gym you should def. get this membership!

When Golds opened it was great.. Since then it's gone down hill it's over packed & and the cardio equipment always seems to be broken or half working (Tv 's or audio not working). Overpriced don't join

Brand spanking new on 12/29/10. Lockers are a bit small for a full gym big and change of clothes . Plan accordingly

U get two free sessions with a personal trainer ! Use them

If you're heading to the 5th floor weight room , dress light, it's always a sauna up there!

They'll trick you into a 2 yr. contract that you can't break and pay a fee for unless you move 35 miles away.
