Incredible selection of weights (free weights and machines). There is also a fair amount of cardio machines. Best Gold's in the area.
Gym goers are friendly .... Except that tall girl on the squat rack. She needs to tone down the entitlement syndrome. Steer clear of her when it's her turn. She's always there in the afternoon.
Small, in comparison to other Gold's Gyms, but it has everything you could possibly need for a good workout. Staff are a bit standoffish, just ignore them.
Very busy from 5-7 week nights. Staff is great! Cleaning staff can be crude if you use the bathroom while they clean (but I guess that's understandable).
Has the basics for when visiting from our of town .
DO NOT SIGN UP AT GOLDS GYM , THEY ARE EASY TO SIGN UP WITH, BUT THEY WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY AT THE END OF YOUR CONTRACT!!!
Cardio program on the stationary bike for 30 mins.. It's hell but oh so worth it!
The cardo cinema room is great, when it's working.

Avoid 6-8 am and 5-8 pm. Membership cheap , staff not friendly if you don't pay for trainers . During peak hours the ventilation is poor. Nice locker rooms .
Who needs the zoo when you can go to the gym and see cameltoes for free.
I love to workout with my boyfriend. It's fun.
