Whilst famous for its lunch and dinner , breakfast is just delicious - especially the pastries , bread and scrumptious orange juice !

This restaurant is the glory of France. It aims for perfection. Come with the highest expectation and search for flaws. They have earned their stars.

I loved the wine book but asked for help. I know my wines but always look for a gem with a reasonable price. The sommelier was very helpful with the champagne .

Tea contained in jelly . Something like a lemonade tea inside a candy shell. Careful eat in one bite or it splashes

I like the whole grain the best. Of course there were two butters. One sweet and one salty

The foie gras was the best I ever had and went well with the beet root.

This was a smoked haddock cream with cauliflower that was unique and delicious.

The plateau is the real thing. They also are very knowledgeable on heir cheeses .

John Dory was perfectly steamed and served with spinach and a tarragon sabayon.

3 Michelin stars-creative, interesting dishes of high quality. But so heavy it may wipe you out. Avoid tasting menu +settle for few ala carte dishes.Don’t order dessert as they give you one regardless

This appetizer was scallops and small gray shrimp . There was a black pasta . I assume it was made with squid ink .

They were so fresh and full of jellied cream with full flavor of their type.

My choices. The bread they offered was wonderful as well .

Famous lemon sorbet with Candy leaf. Eat it all.

7 course menu for lunch . You can't go wrong. Food is to die for!

3 étoiles . Dans le cadre de la grande rénovation opéré à l'hôtel Le Bristol, le restaurant tenu par Eric Fréchon a fait également peau neuve et s'appelle dorénavant l'Épicure.

고급스럽고 서비스가 훌륭한 곳입니다. 그런데 제가 간 날은 중국인이 너무 많았어요.... 당연히 맛있지만 파리에는 맛있는 프랑스요리를 훨씬 싼값에 먹을 수 있는 곳이 많죠????
