Great place to stay, close to everything, great hospitality , very nice decor!! Will definitely stay here again!

All the staff is super friendly and helpful. Was very impressed with customer service. There are laundry rooms on 7th floor, as well as a small gym and small pool.

Excellent long stay style room with a kitchen with a frig. Customer laundry on floor 7, bar in the lobby, who needs more than that?

Super comfortable beds and satisfying breakfast spread . Service is also very accommodating. Beware of the dysfunctional business center .

There is no hotel self parking , only valet. You can park across the street cheaper, but the fees are every 12 hours, which can be tedious.

My NOW favorite hotel in Charlotte. Upgrade to the one bedroom for a better taste of heaven!
