Beautiful but very hard to find! Gps dead zone! Bring written directions. Looks like a small lot, take the trail to the rocks. Short walk. Bring a hammer ! Wear sneakers !

Andrew Rohm

If you don't have a hammer , grab a small rock to bang the larger rocks with. The waterfall and ledge area is worth a visit too.

Gorgeous park ! When you get to the Falls the sign is deceiving. Turn left to stay on the Loop Trail or you will end up in someone’s backyard .

Have you discovered this scientific mystery? This 128 acre park is a field of bolders with unusual property. When rocks are struck with a hammer , they produce a high-pitch ringing noise.

Mae Aborde

Quite a unique experience to walk/climb these boulder rocks and the waterfall is so beautiful. Had a great time

Want weird geology? Try a 7-acre field of boulders that ring like bells. When you're done making tunes , go hammer fishing ! All you need is a strong magnet on a string to collect the lost hammers .

The Intelligencer

A county historical society convened on a June day in 1890 to hear Dr. J.J. Ott play musical selections on boulders he had arranged into an octave scale.

Brianna Shannon

Bring different hammers and ring the awesome rocks.

Jimmy Kastner

Bring a sledge hammer and show everyone who rings rocks the best.

Amber Fisher

Bring a hammer and travel through the rocks to find the right tone, don't forget the waterfall and your camera ! Great day for the family.

Make sure to bring your hammer , the small ones sound better on the rocks than the big ones.
