We casually mentioned our steaks were a little over done (but amazingly delicious and juicy so there was no way we were sending them back) and they offered to redo them and reduced our bill. Amazing!
We waited in the lounge for our seating but found the tables in the lounge had a better vibe than the dining area :)
I love the teriyaki steak and garlic mashed . Only downside to the location is that it is quite dark inside the restaurant .
