Helpful staff . Decent buffet breakfast . Huge gym room. Sitting on top of a nice shopping mall (Kerry Parkside). Ideal for staying if you are working in the Zhangjiang hi-tech park area.

Excellent service . This hotel is just marvellous. The breakfast buffet is tops. Mall attached. Near by shops should cover your needs well . The poeple are super friendly . The place is spotless.

The Thanksgiving Turkey from the restaurant is just like grandma used to make... when she was 98, half-blind and put the turkey in the dishwasher instead of the oven!

Fabulous stay. If you're in Shanghai for a business conference , Kerry is the best option: lots of meeting space, convention center is the next door, lots of helpful complement services.

The room is not so big but kids play area is very good and swimming also is good. If u want to take ur kids, highly recommended.

Hotel just near the exhibition hall. Slightly expensive but worth it, if you want to just walk to the halls.

If you want/have to stay on Pudong side, this is definitely one Place to choose. Excellent value for money for Shanghai standard!

The rooms smell like smoke... Not nice. Positives: room design and bed, shower , helpful staff , location easy from PVG airport (Maglev to Line 7 then one stop Haumu road ).
