It's my first time here on a Tuesday afternoon - long wait for food even though no one was in front of me. The lady serving ran off to do something
The food counter is the worse I have to wait forever for anything!
Avoid their lunch/dinner counter at all costs. Every time I've tried to use it, it's been at least a 10 minute process, and that was with nobody in line in front of me. Very very slow staff there.
Go to Frederick, worst SAMs around. Takes forever to check out. Employees wonder around BSing.
