Great option for great value ! I used to shop for groceries at Safeway in Rosslyn. The 2 metro stops to Clarendon totally worths it. I bought more and with great value for the same price thab Safeway.

Great wine selection ! I also love the samples and variety. It is not your usual grocery store but a nice in between for those who want a bit of wholefoods with bit of wegmans or Harris teeter

Looking for a decent bear for cheap ? Get the BoatSwain Double IPA and HLV. Cheap and good. If you want something lighter check the Mission Heffeweizen.

Yes the line moves fast. Whoopey, that's like saying the unanaesthetized limb removal is fast. It still sucks. It's still stressful. Drive an extra 10 minutes to a TJ that is not like a yuppy riot.

Try and come early in the morning to beat the long lines that pop up after 6 pm

Really friendly staff but the lines are nightmarish and they frequently run out of inventory of popular products. Do not - I repeat, do not! - go on a Sunday. Ever.

I have always been impressed with the quality of tuna that they sell compared to everybody else.

So many hidden gems between the aisles and atop the frozen food section. Keep an eye out!
