This is a local fitness class operated by owners, so they give you much more dedicated attention compared to big cooperate gyms . They are very knowledgeable and helpful.
The trainers , Kyle & Ben, are amazing!!!! The showers and amenities are perfect for getting ready there before work. LOVE this place!
