清澄白河には多くのローストコーヒー 店がありますが、ほぼサードウェーブ系の酸味だけの何にも余韻の残らないコーヒー ばかりですが、こちらは酸味、甘み、苦味、香りといったコーヒー の4要素がバランス良く焙煎されていて、本当に旨いコーヒー を安価な値段で飲めます。イチオシです！
清澄白河のコーヒー 店はサードウェーブの単なる酸っぱいだけのコーヒー 店ばかりの中で、唯一、しっかりした豆のベストプラクティスを考えたローストをするお店で、清澄白河の中で一番美味しいお店です。
小さな店なので店内には席がほとんどありませんが、地元民の集合場所になっています。珈琲 は各種の豆から好みのものをおすすめしてくれます。気に入った豆は購入することも可能です。
時々現れる裏メニューも魅力的ですが、店主のこだわりまくりの豆たちをいただくのは至福の時です。楽しい美味し。
