Marufuku Ramen

this is probably my favorite ramen in oakland. chewy, delicious noodles , rich broth and great topping options!

Good consistent ramen . Only two kinds, pork is the best. Entrances are just ok. They have sake on tap !

Haven’t had the ramen yet, lol, but the mentaiko rice + karaage is awesome. I really love the vibe and the options here, but it gets busy fast.

Tonkatsu DX ramen is absolutely fantastic. So much delicious pork ! Gyoza are also excellent. Brought me back to Tokyo.

Hakata tonkotsu & paitan are both solid, but I like their spicy tan-tan men the best.

There's a vegan (or vegetarian with optional egg ) ramen that isn't on their menu yet.

Had squid and octopus balls, light dinner . Squid was tough, usually means overcooked, not what i was used to. Octopus balls interesting, but I would not say delicious.

So happy to have a new ramen joint in the hood. Please don’t come here, so that I can have all the tonkatsu to myself. Thx.

I always get Hakata Tonkatsu DX ... and it’s always amazing!

One of my top three for ramen in the Bay Area.

kakuni (pork belly ) and chashu are FANTASTIC

T best tonkotsu I’ve had in a while.

The ramen was great, but disappointed by the "famous" chicken leg - was bland both flavor and texture.
