Plan ahead if you need to see a Genius. It gets pretty busy so you might wait a while. Starbucks next door is a good waiting place and there are some good stores nearby. Just check in first.

Super strict about genius bar appointment times. They cancel you if you're more than five minties late! But then, of course, they'll make you wait even if you are on time.

They have everything Apple and a super smart staff . The Genius Bar was named after them.

Make sure you back up your data first before making a Genius Bar reservation so you don't have to make two trips.

I just wish I didn't always have to wait 2-3 days for an appointment, but their service is great!

The store has an impressive storefront with the shinning silver. Lots of products to play on and the sales people are responsive. Expensive stuff though. Microsoft Store is about 300 feet from here.

If you enjoy haggling over warranties and what exactly is wrong with your phone before leaving in frustration, then don't get Apple Care Plus. Otherwise...

Getting a replacement power cord for MacBook Pro . Original thin cord casing was breaking down. Apple would not warranty.
