An excellent experience from the customer service through to the food. The food was fresh and tasty. The attendant Marc was very attentive and efficient. I had the duo fajitas (shrimp and beef )

Standard HRC settings, with great food, great background music and great marchandise. Staff is very friendly , service is good. Prices are affordable . Big for groups.

Ribs were perfect with great service. A deep note for the assistant general manager Greg Stewart. He was so nice and warm to greet every single person, confirming everything is allright as you desire.

Check out the incredible memorabilia on display by Madonna, Shakira, Ricky Martin, Panic! At The Disco , the LEGENDARY Michael Jackson Thriller jacket , and so much more!

Good experience right up until the end when we paid with cash and asked for change - waitress only brought part of it back and helped herself to the rest! Planned to leave a good tip...Won't be back.

Nice restaurant ! Portions very well served. We shared a salad (chicken arugula)and a entrée NY steak ) and was more than enough for us.

Always fun to walk around and check out the awesome memorabilia . Many Latin stars is expected but different.

The rock memorabilia is a good collection. Bartenders at a place like Hard Rock should have some sort of personality. You can’t even hear this girl speak, and it doesn’t help that it’s an odd bar .

Samuel Adams Boston Larger draft beer is some kind different taste, but it's a very good choice. Try one.

Great staff but the place is not better than many others of the chain. There is the bay sight though.

Nice location. Wide liquor options but limited beer choice . Over-illumination, heavy food smell...

Service was alright, we had lou. We had to ask for refills, but he was attentive. The ladies up front were very nice & fun!
