Ordered the Mediterranean breakfast and a cappuccino . This place is very good for instagramming, but imo is a little overhyped and crowded . It's very healthy, so you can enjoy a guilt-free breakfast .
Come here for the haloumi , peri peri chicken , fried zucchini chips (fried pickles ) and the very straightforward cocktails . Margarita and daiquiri were very refreshing. Space is pretty loud though.
Extremely unique, friendliest staff and amazing food! Their kabobs were beyond good! Burgers were too delicious???? I asked for a mojito but didn't want alcohol , made a virgin one specially for me! Wow!
My favorite spot in the whole city . The menu is perfect. Go for Jack's breakfast , tuna salad , or zucchini chips . Vesper and cantaloupe mimosa are both great too. Wonderful atmosphere. Worth the wait.
Highly suggested by a good friend and it did not disappoint. I ate Durban Mussels and it was delicious. I enjoyed the atmosphere, the service and the wine . Worth a visit if you’re in NYC.
Believe the hype. Jack's Breakfast and the Poached Eggs with Grilled Tomato and Haloumi were both a solid ????. Start with the grapefruit & yogurt - the mint on top is again, ????.
When in New York make it your first priority to pop into Jack's wife Freda. As recommended by my waiter Tyler , order the 2 poached eggs with tomato and grilled Halloumi cheese or Jacks breakfast !
Oh my god the peri peri chicken and Cous Cous is to die for - and the $6 side fries are sooooo good as well . This location is much less cramped then the other one in SoHo.
Tons of avocado and chopped up cucumber with seasoning. You can get any kind of egg you want and it comes with pita bread . But surely, this was one of the loudest places I've ever dined at.
The owners here are just wonderful , you feel like you've known them forever ,as well as the staff . Very hospitable ,laid back and friendly to eager bloggers like myself and the like.
Great service. Duck prosuitto sanwich had smokey brisket flavor which was great. Chicken kabob was juicy. Green hot sauce was great. Enjoyed the light, fluffy pudding cake for dessert . Worth the wait.
This place is trendy as fuck. A lot of fash bloggers, a/b/c list celebs, and wannabe bloggers here. Beyond the scene, beet dip , peri peri wings , and grilled haloumi to share are a must.
Good Breakfast . Three person shared 2 breakfast . I like the sauce for the chicken kebab , a bit spicy which goes very well with the chicken . Yummy.
Great service, great food. Try the cantaloupe mimosa & make sure to get the French fries ! Hostess was great about checking in with us during our half an hour wait. Definitely worth it!
More spacious 2nd location, but everything is just as good. Love the curry bowl and fries . Chicken wings and zucchini chips are delicious too. Great service.
One of the Best in NYC !!! Madame Freda is Delicious. Orange Blossom Pancake is a MUST !!!! Highly Recommended ???? ???? ????
Great for dates. Cute and cozy design. Reminds me a little of the bar Ramona in Greenpoint, but with food! Zucchini chips and peri peri chicken is the way to go!
Too crowded . Lots of beautiful young people led by my daughter Jo and daughter in Ashley. Try the peri peri duck wings and peri peri chicken . Very tasty.
The duck prosciutto sandwich with gruyere cheese is pretty much perfect. Pass on the waffles - they were soft and soggy. Otherwise great vibe and food.
Pro move here is to wait inside, not outside, then jump on the first available bar stool and enjoy your Bloody Mary brunch 60 minutes before those fools outside.
A fantastic spot for a mid week lunch . Quiet , great service, nice breezy space in the summer. The chicken kebab is a light and tasty dish.
Had the grain bowl with salmon and it was so good I am looking forward to going back. Vibe is really cool too and service is one the best ive experienced
Having this place open up underneath my apartment was a GIFT . Open late , great crowd, and good service . Try the Haloumi for sure.
At first was annoyed by how packed it was for a Friday lunch but we were seated quickly. Cool spot, upbeat vibe, great food, and fast service . Will definitely be back.
Always get the chicken skewer with cous cous and Israeli salad . Don't miss out on their house made green hot sauce .
Went back for the Mediterranean breakfast . The labne, pita bread and salad were delish
Great spot for lunch or dinner . Everything is great, but my favorites are the tuna salad and Greek salad with chicken .
More than delicious ???? great staff and service! I’ll be back
The pancakes are very unique and delicious - get them to share! Thoroughly enjoyed the Eggs Benedict, as well .
Good green shakshouka, Eggs were over cooked and service was so so. Overall flavors and environment make worth trying though. Get a doughnut at doughnut project while you wait!
To avoid the crowds, I come here for weekday breakfast . Excellent egg selections. I love the one with halloumi cheese . Yum!
Nice fresh Mediterranean breakfast - bit like the one at Mogador - delicious but predictable. Mimosa with cantaloupe juice is a yummy alternative to the usual brekkie cocktails .
come early for brunch and to this branch for the pancakes . go to the other for the waffles . both amazing.
Besides the entrees your options are pretty much vegetarian . The spiced rack of lamb is delicious but consider it more of a big appetizer than an entree. It comes with only two small lamb chops .
Great brunch - definitely recommend the steak . I could've drank the green aioli-like sauce on the side. Green shakshuka was excellent.
Everything is good but definitely try the Malva Pudding with a glass of South African wine Pinotage or Chenen Blanc.rare for NYC but owner is SA
The poached eggs with halloumi cheese was excellent! Small portions but really great flavor!
I was staying very far from this one, but I heard really nice things of it and I was just great!
Can't go wrong. Try the duck bacon , Mediterranean breakfast , Jack's breakfast or the Poached Eggs — all delicious.
Exceptional food and service. Squash for space but Mediterranean breakfasts and killer quinoa bowls and burgers are worth lack of elbow room.
Fresh and tasty food, mediterranean breakfast is very good. Lemonade is very sour which is excellent. Nice atmosphere.
This place is so cool, want to try everything that's in the menu, all was fresh and tasty.
I honestly haven't had something I didn't love here. Poached eggs over tomato and haloumi , eggs benny , and the cocktails !
Try the watermelon juice there now! Amazing breakfast and great coffee from Stumptown .
I tried the green shakshuka(eggs) I liked it. It is a restaurant who creates their own dishes
Lebanese yogurt , mint , honey , grapefruit and granola make make for a perfectly light breakfast .
Madame Freda was delicious and highly recommended. I also got the Nana tea with fresh mint . Very crowded though...
Good Food and young hip vibe. Beware: cocktails are thimble sized.
Come early to avoid a wait and get the green shakshuka . Great place for a light breakfast in a cozy environment .
Definitely one of the best restaurants in the NY area. The price and quality of food is 100% worth the wait and the drive.
great spot for happy hour. check the specials. my fav is the olympia. yum - Devon Eats
The restaurant is reasonable! the Roff Top is great, amazing views, good drinks and food input. - Iraihana Leonardi
Great middle eastern flavors in a nice and cosy ambiance. Even better when the garage door is opened! - Nad Cee
Beautiful, European style park. Occasional live music and outdoor chess makes it a hit. - Gajtana Simonovska
Yes, it's worthy waiting in the line for the cronuts! Madeleines are very good too! Little but very cozy place! - Ivana CMS
Amazing cupcakes. Very moist and cream isn't too sweet. Peach cobbler is to die for! - Brian Chang
