As a native Texan, this place has some of the best brisket I have ever had. The cuts are moist, very well seasoned, great smoke ring, and full of flavor. The pork BBQ is decent, and try the greens.

Great service..decent bbq . The red slaw was really good. Beautiful atmosphere. However if you sit outside on a nice day ( one of 4 tables ) the host/hostess will be awkwardly standing next to you.

Delicious food and the portions are big. There is not a lot of seating inside. You can however order your food to go and eat it at the brewery next door.

BBQ chicken and hush puppies are amazing. Definitely check out the banana pudding if you have room for dessert .

Veggie of the day potato salad was amazing, as well as the brisket . Chocolate pie was delicious and unique. Service was excellent. :)

Red slaw has the most flavor. Catfish bites were a great way to start our meal. Think pork and chicken are better than brisket . Brisket was moist just lacked flavor.

If your from around here you probably have a favorite BBQ spot. Nothing about hillsborough BBQ will change that. Sweet tea is unsweetened, baked beans are really bean salad and BBQ is not great
