Van der Valk Hotel Schiphol

Our 2nd time staying in this hotel . Big room , nice & modern fitness centre + swimming pool , super breakfast & friendly staffs .

Unique and beautiful! Spacious rooms , luxurious bathrooms and the balcony is an added bonus. Furniture in the room is pretty nice.

Ended up here courtesy of KLM after missing my connection at Schiphol. Very friendly service and even the complimentary dinner was quite tasty. A positive surprise in a negative situation!

Stayed here courtesy of KLM . Walked in to see Christmas trees & an open fire . The room was big & the food was yummy. The pain of having to stay in Amsterdam for a night was made bearable.

Got served by Marit! Great girl: friendly , funny and with a beautiful smile. Give this woman a life-long contract and make her manager!! ..the food was decent.

Breakfast is available for non-guests at 15 euros per person. Very good spread and absolutely worth the money!!

Nearby Schiphol and a free shuttle service . Great when you have an early flight and do not live in the Amsterdam neighbourhood.

As an option to eat nice, the Argentinian grill in front is amazing, in the hotel , recommended to hire the extra Chanel's for more variety

The Internet service is not so stable for work from here during a long period of time but is fair enough to do some non urgent work as sending mails and surf on the Web and intranets.

Forget the more expensive Top Suite and book the Mexico Suite!

We were offered a room here by KLM. You can only choose from a small menu instead of full restaurant menu for dinner . The room is old. I had to buy a toothbrush as my luggage was on hold at airport .

This place us sweet. It has a great bar and amazing pool.

I spent over 100 eur in vain, as i didn’t even stay the night at the hotel . Their rooms have spider webs and insects. Below is the photo of an insect in my bed. Horrible property.

No luggage room. If you want to check out but leave your things, you won't be able to do it. So, that sucks big time. Other than that, fine.

Don't use the Ben and Jerry's machine. If product is out of stock, it won't tell you. Instead it searches for minutes and just expects a new input. If you cancel, you get only 2 out of 3 euro back.
