Fantastic hotel . Good resto, nice staff , good vibe and if you can land in the presidential suite..... SPG loyalty program pays off.
If you are coming here for the breakfast buffet you should rethink your options.
Good location after a late/early Calgary flight. Rooms have nice amenities - starting to show wear. Don't pick a hotel based on Room Services or hotel dining. You are in fact paying to sleep, not eat.
Suites are nice...very roomy . Good value for the price.
Free shuttles to the airport but $5 CAD for pickups from the airport .

If you are out of toothpaste, just ask the front desk. They have single use packs available for guests.
Stay in one of the suites! They are amazing!
Unlikely to return to this hotel . Room service menu is outdated. Price was good for the items BUT the clam chowder and beef (?) noodle soup was horrible! They tasted nothing like their names.

Unlikely to return, besides issues with front desk not being informed, I ordered breakfast . Crab Benedict . My crabs were NOT close to being warm. Brought out a second time still NOT warm. :(

Make sure you check your sheets when you get into your room. Last night I realized the bed smelled like someone else's BO just when I was getting into bed.

From out of town, service was friendly and prompt. Only wish was to have Heat Sleeves. Apparently no Timmys have them in Calgary. All of BC do. Ok though, at least was able to have double cupped. - Vipersblood
