This Panera is less organized , less clean than other Paneras. They also run out many menu items: soups , baguettes , even point/rewards cards. People are nice but not quick.

They drown in a tea cup. It used to be if you asked for a simple bagle and cream cheese they could dispatch it fast. Now it is dispatch in the back behind a long line of customers waiting for orders

Their french toast sandwich smells so good, everything on the menu is out of this world......mummm good.

It's real chilly... But the food is good and so are the cashiers ...

They have a new plan for their wifi ... I'm glad I have my air card no matter what ... LoL

But I will say that the mgr was very gracious when taking my sandwich back and trying again.
