We here been coming here for a long time but only on the weekend when Carlos is working... This IHOP has the worst everything you can imagine when it comes to service UNLESS you get CARLOS..

Ask for the big Mexican dude. Sorry I don't know his name. We always get the best service from him! Food is really good!

The whole wheat crepes are delicious and a great alternative to dome of the higher calorie dishes!

It's Carlos ... His service is incredible....he leaves the rest in the dust when it comes to taking care of you..

Pretty much come once a week. Our waiter remembers us every time.

I'm here on a Monday with 4 cars on the outside... 11 people on the inside, slow service. I think they how to make everything from out back to still get my food wrong.... Wow

Asked for extra crispy hash browns . Delicious

The actual facility (building, tables, fixture,...) Are new and nice, but the staff seem a bit rough, I hate to say that, but it makes for a bad experience

I believe this was the next to last "blue roof" in Tennessee.

Our food had a hair laying right on top of the plate when they set it on the table. the waiter Michael wanted to argue that it wasn't a hair. The bus boy and manager both agreed that it was a hair.

Ask for carlos ! Great service!

Wow. It's not even busy and there is major chaos in the kitchen...have waited forever for my food, and I've seen someone get the wrong items twice!

Free Pancakes March 1st 2011 7am to 10pm. All I-Hop asks for is a donation to Children's Miracle Network Hospitals ! A great cause.

The new ihop just opened up! It's so much nicer and spacious !

WORST. IHOP. EVER. we were there for almost 2 hours and only spent 20 minutes eating. Disgusting bathroom . Server got almost all of our orders wrong (and one more than once).

Good food but be friendly to your server to get the best service!

If you're on a low carb diet , you can get a ham and cheese omlette with broccoli and holllandaise sauce at IHOP.

Make sure that Sandra is not your waitress . Quite seriously.

Management of all IHOPs is spotty. This one is no better or worse than the average.

The music drove us batshit crazy. It's awful.

Bad service! Wednesday evening with only about 7 tables occupied. Only 2 servers and 1 cook. Waited approximately 20 minutes before drink order taken.

Avoid this IHOP at all costs. It smells like a sweaty high school locker room in here.

Choose any other IHop but this one! Poor service, poor management , food came 5 min before utensils !! No refills either. Stay away from here.

Stay Away. Terrible Service. Loud and obnoxious people. Police have to babysit. Brought our appetizer out with the meal, without sauce.

Slow service with nonchalant staff .

Very slow service. It's 9:30 on Wednesday and nobody in here. But slow!
