Touhenboku Ramen 唐変木

Had the spicy ramen with soy sauce for flavouring and chicken . Everything was beyond amazing! And the staff was super friendly ! Highly recommended!

Things are priced a la crate and a lot more expensive than what most locals (read: Chinese) will expect. Upside? There will almost always be seating.

The base broth is, I believe, a tonkotsu broth. It is a bone based broth which is very rich due to the fat from bone marrow . For what it is, it is quite good -- for those unprepared it might be oily

Can't go wrong with the white pork soup based ramen . Pork belly is fatty and nicely flame charred. Noodles are on the firmer side.

White (original) Ramen grew on me - stock is pretty good, chashu is grilled which gives some extra flavour. Croquettes were ok, nothing special

Spicy cold noodles have no meat but are cheap at $7.99. Ask for the sauce on the side if you can't take too much spice

Portion is too small, price too high. Quality is ok but doesn't yet deserve that price tag yet.

On the other hand the service is great
