Drop off prescription @ 9:30a. Specify a pick up at 4:00p. Arrive @ 5:00...and of course they're not ready. Par for the course at this CVS.
Be prepaired to be inline forever! You will always windup behind some old lady paying by check,hand fulls of pennies, or debit (and not know how to youse it) they will steal your soul from you!!

"Your prescription will be ready at 11am" … LIES. they will NOT EVEN try to have your prescription filled until you show up and bug them about it, even if it's days later.
There is ALWAYS a line . Even at 2am. Try to check out via the pharmacy if you can.
All day long, any time if day...you always wait a ling time for Rx's

Worst customer service ever! First they ran out of the allergy pills I needed then when I decided to get a different brand they tried to ring me up they said their machines weren't working
The lines to check out are always long. Never a second checker. Ridiculous.
